For months, I thought I needed to buy a new phone. Turns out my charging port was just full of lint! I am so grateful for Nick at Mobile Device Doctors. Free of charge, he cleaned out my charging port and my phone is as good as new! Charges like normal now! Years ago, they fixed my cracked iPhone screen as well. They do great work, they're reliable, honest, and fair-priced. I'm grateful for their business!

I went in because my phone wasn’t charging. Nick took a look at it and determined the charging port was clogged, cleaned it out and got it working. It took about 10 minutes and he did it at no charge. Thank you Nick Costa!

These people have been so good to us. They have repaired our phones many times over the years. My phone wouldn’t work. He said it needed cleaning up. He did it right away. He was very knowledgeable. He said it was no charge but I gave him a tip for such great service.

Nice, clean place. Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was even kind enough to bring me tissues after I got in my car because he noticed I was sick. I'd highly recommend the store and the employee that was there. I dropped my phone and soup and it the existing chargers I had wouldn't charge my phone. But, he helped me discover that the charging cable and brick I was using was not strong enough, so I was able to purchase a cable and a brick from the store. They're working great! I'd recommend this store.

I am (was) a frequent customer of this establishment. Always thought they did good work, so even referred friends to them. I had them repair a cracked screen on my daughter's iPad a little over a month ago and paid to have them put a screen protector on. Well, the screen protector was getting loose (as they often do) so I tried to remove it (which I have done dozens of times with no issue). This time, the screen came up from the corner (pictured) which caused the screen to bend and the glass screen to crack. Brutal, but I assumed that it would be covered by warranty since the screen should not pull up and crack so easily. I checked the FAQs on their website and sure enough "parts and labor" are covered for 6 months. This obviously was an issue with either the part (a cheap screen being used) and/or labor (it not being fastened properly), so I assumed we were good. I took it in and explained what happened. I told the person at the desk that it was just replaced a month ago, so should be covered by warranty. I don't know if he wasn't listening or following because he gave no indication that there would be an issue. Since I was working when the repair was completed, my father picked up the iPad with my daughter. They told him that it wasn't covered by the warranty because there was damage (obviously because of the parts and labor as explained above). I called and was astonished that the owner that answered the phone refused to issue a refund even though the repair should have been covered by the warranty. He accused me of lying regarding how the damage was caused even though it is obvious in the picture that the corner of the screen was pulling away from the body on the iPad that was literally JUST REPAIRED BY THEM. I looked into if further and they do not use Apple parts for the repairs. I'm sure that has something to do with shoddy repair. If you have an Apple product, pay a little extra and take it to the Apple store or a licensed repair shop that carries Apple parts. Terrible customer service.
