8 yr old laptop, out of the blue, wouldn't launch Windows 10. Tried everything I knew, but no joy. Read reviews and brought it in. Told David I'll survive w/o the computer but could he possibly save my pics? My Chow is 4 and I wanted to save her puppy pics plus the last 15 yrs of me hauling oil in north dakota. The next day...literally the next day he called to tell me the hd was toast BUT he was able to retrieve my entire desktop! Plus the price was extremely reasonable. I love this guy. I'll be back to see if he can work his magic on my old XP desktop. Before you go anywhere...give this Super Hero a chance.

I've used David and Computer Surgeons a handful of times and couldn't recommend them enough. No BS or trying to up-sell me to pay for services I know I don't need. When they have had to do work, I found the price I paid to be more than reasonable and well worth it.

Great company, honest, reasonable prices. I've taken 3 laptops to them, each time they had them fixed within a couple of days. Really saved my bacon on this last one, I dropped my work laptop and hadn't backed anything up. They were able to get it straightened out as good as possible without replacing the case, and it works fine now.

Three things to know: 1. They have a physical storefront. I really appreciate this. 2. I felt they were incredibly honest and shoot straight. Turned out one computer didn't have a problem at all. It's my monitor. The second computer had a bad mother board. Told me it was less expensive to get a used laptop. 3. I would highly recommend them. Give them a try. They offer a free diagnostic. Very friendly and communicates well; a rarity these days!
