Nice place with ample parking. Friendly and helpful employees. We needed a new watch battery. They took care of it on the spot in just a few minutes for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this store.

Had some small work performed on 2 rings. Young lady that waited on me was very friendly and polite. Spoke with Jim, the owner, on two separate occasions. He is strictly business and a man of few words. I honestly don't remember if he actually thanked me for my business

Went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together; picked it up and they soldered it completely differently than we had discussed. Took my ring to a different jeweler to have it fixed and they indicated that Condon hadn't even soldered it, but welded it. Bumping up my review to two stars because they at least didn't make me pay for the incorrect work they had done.

Jim was great. We needed to resize our rings. Mine didn't have that ability due to what it was made of. But Jim recognized the manufacturer, and even though we didn't purchase it from his store he took the time to research and find it and get me a different size ordered for a very low price. I was able to basically exchange my ring for another of the same ring in a smaller size. A truly rare experience in today's world. A store ran by someone who went above and beyond within seconds of meeting us. He secured customers for life.
