Austin treated my house for termites this week. He's a very pleasant, intelligent and hardworking young man. Someone who believes that anything to be done should be done well. He explained the treatment application process, effect on termites and what results to expect. The solution was applied in all areas on the inspection proposal as well as other spots not detected in the inspection. I was concerned that the drill holes on the flagstone and concrete areas would stand out. But they were finished off perfectly. Not obvious at all. Everything was tidied up on completion and in addition to blowing off his work area on the patio, he did the entire patio. All in all, a perfect experience reassuring me that Conquistador was the right choice for my termite problem. (If he services your house, ask to see his trick on his mini Segway :-)

We have been using Conquistador Pest & Termite for our home for several years. Our technician, Terrance, has been servicing our home for some time, and always does an excellent job. He asks if there are any continuing problems, or if there is anything new to be concerned about. He will give extra attention to any problem area that is brought up and follows through with whatever may be needed. We are pleased with our service, and glad we have a technician who is professional, reliable, and cordial.

We’ve used conquistador pest control for a few years now. We’ve been very happy with their services. Chris is quick to make suggestions but isn’t pushy. He looks out for areas of concern and helps to avoid infestations. Dependable, honest and efficient. Always comes when they are scheduled and they accommodate our schedules as well.

A week or so ago, I came across a very, unhappy but very much alive Arizona Brown Recluse in my home office. Thankfully he was already in a storage container so I was able to get this photo without him taking off. We have bi-monthly pest control through Conquistador Pest and most often I don’t have them treat the indoor areas because (I’m either not available) but to be honest, they have done such a great job with the exterior that 98% of what comes in is dead not far from the point of entry. They also have a guarantee and will come back out and spray in between if there is an issue, though we have only had them out maybe twice in 2 years and I even offered to pay because the spiders in our backyard just went crazy with the Monsoons, really was beyond their control. But alas, they didn’t charge me. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, fully expecting to wait a bit for an appointment while trying to calm my anxiety, knowing that it could have been my 9 month old or 5 year old that this guy found instead of me. However, Conquistador had our wonderful technician Marvin to my home within an hour. Sure he happened to be nearby, but his workday was done so he could have easily told them to book us in for the following day. But the receptionist was absolutely a gem and made sure that we got it taken care of. We are working with him to figure out why our office seems to be the catch all for these bugs since we have resealed the exterior door and window, but we think it may be the vent that goes to the exterior “water closet” so that’s next on my list to reseal or pest proof. That being said, if you are in need of incredible Pest & Packrat Control—Conquistador is the people to call! They beat our previous company by half and Marvin does a much better job than they ever did. And clearly whatever he did worked because I found two more scorpions in there today but both of them were dead.
