I recently had the opportunity to attend a Personality DISC training session, and I must say, it was an enlightening and empowering experience. Led by skilled facilitator, Stacey, these sessions offered profound insights into human behavior and interpersonal dynamics. One of the most remarkable aspects of the training was its practical approach. Rather than delving into abstract theories, the facilitators focused on real-world applications, demonstrating how understanding the DISC model can improve communication and teamwork.
Stacey and the Consilio team are kind, caring, and full of knowledge. I wish I could download everything they teach instantly into my brain! We had Stacey train our team on 'Difficult Conversations' and everyone was so impressed and got a lot out of the experience. We're all talking about how we can practice and fully implement all the tools and insights we've gained. If you ever have the chance to work with this group, DO IT!
Stacey gave a presentation on "how to have difficult conversations" to our entire team, via Zoom last week. It/she was awesome! She was very engaging and the material was really good. I would definitely recommend Stacey and her company and look forward to future trainings.
We hired Consilio to help level up my team of 30 people at my marketing agency firm. The end result was fantastic! This was my first annual event and did not know where to start. Stacey and G.A. came on board and were able to not only put it together, but help us really think about what our message was and how to present it. Having them to discuss and help us through some of the discussions was very helpful. With there help we had every detail planned out exactly the way we wanted it. They also provided us with great leadership training sessions and active tasks to help show how we work together as a team. We had about 50 managers that regularly attend meetings and conferences, and the overall feedback after the event was that it was one of the best meetings they have gone to. A GIANT thank you to Stacey and G.A. helping us put this together and executing flawlessly.
