We had a “sunken” living room remodeled which involved pouring a new slab, then reflooring. It looks fabulous. For 17 years, I’ve stubbed my toe or even scraped my ankle on that fireplace hearth, but no more. The room is so nice now!
We had Christian come out and estimate all new flooring for our downstairs due to our last company completely screwing everything up. Convict Hill just finished our floor, and it looks fabulous and was done professionally, correctly, and quickly. The flooring guys were right on time and worked hard for two days to complete the project. Everything the other company did wrong they did right. The painters were right on time and efficient, and the plumber as well! Christian's communication was spot-on, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Convict Hill will be our go-to for future needs.
Christian at Convict Hill Floor was amazing. I was lost and had been to a few other stores with no success. Christian was so friendly and helpful. Everything feel into place. She was knowledgeable and Very helpful. She helped me with tile and grout. Scheduling was quick and easy. Her tile guys really knew what they were doing and did an excellent job!. My two bathrooms were done in no time at all and they look Great. Thanks Christian!

Just this last year during the holidays, in our hour of need, the owner of the business personally responded promptly to our call, quickly surveyed the situation and dispatched the appropriate trades-who quickly and professionally resolved our problem. Convict Hill’s owner communicated with us throughout, not only about the timing of repairs but the price. Everything she said that they would do, Convict Hill did masterfully. In addition to their latest services, They also renovated our kitchen (looks Great!), laid our hardwood floors and carpeting (Wonderful!) and updated our bathroom fixtures. And they always are touching base after the job is complete. You should consider Convict Hill Floor Coverings for all your renovations, tiling, and floor covering needs-they will do the job right.
