I made an appointment here for my almost 2 year old son, and had the dates mixed up. I drove 90 minutes round trip for our appointment, and while I appreciated and understood it was my mistake on the date, the receptionist was incredibly off putting and rude about the mix up. I would expect some courtesy and professionalism and basic niceness from a place that provides services to kids, even if they couldn't get us in as a walk-in. I certainly would never go back nor recommend them.

Rachel is such a talented stylist! She has a very calming and light hearted presence and was so patient with my 16 month old son who was long overdue for his first hair cut! She did such a nice job, I can’t stop admiring his new look. He has received so many compliments on his hair! Thank you Rachel, we will be back!

We had a fantastic experience for our son’s first haircut. He hates his hair even being brushed, so it was a huge relief that he tolerated and even enjoyed a full haircut. The hot rod chair, tv, and toys all worked their magic, our stylist was a delight, and he will surely be happy to return for another balloon and the slide.

Went to cookie cutters in Salt Lake for the first time!! My son had his hair cut by Kaitlyn and she did an amazing job! She did exactly what I wanted and did some adjustments during the haircut to meet my needs! I was very satisfied and happy and will be back soon!!

Jen was absolutely fantastic! Our 19 month old had ZERO interest in getting her hair cut and kind of panicked. Jen was professional and kind and caring and so quick! Lots of tears but our daughter's hair looks great and Jen was so sweet during the experience. Thank you!!
