My toddler loves this place! They are awesome with kids, fast service, and genuinely seem to love what they do. We've been here many times and always had a positive experience in the quality of the haircut, the quickness of service, and kid-centered experience.

We won't go anywhere else to have our two kid's hair cut! The kids love playing on the playground. The balloons and suckers are a big hit as well. McKenzie is an amazing owner and has us coming back every time!

I’ve been here multiple times throughout the years and most of the time I can get my kids a decent cut. The last time I came, my baby got his first cut, and it was not blended well. We came back to try someone else and she was running an entire appointment behind, 15 minutes behind. No warning no phone call. I just wasted 45 minutes of my time trying to get my kids haircut and still don’t have his haircut.

I really hate having to write this review, because I was so excited to have my baby’s first haircut here. I used to come here as a kid and only remembered good experiences. Today we came into Cookie Cutters, for my baby’s first haircut. There was another baby booked at the same time as us, a little boy and he got to sit in one of the car chairs as they only had one with a seatbelt. Kind of disappointed since I knew my little girl would have loved that too, but she sat on her dad’s lap for the cut. The stylist was clearly sick, and wearing a mask which made us a little uncomfortable but against my better judgement we moved forward with the haircut. She wet my baby’s hair and trimmed her bangs. My baby was moving around at first while she tried to cut it, but got distracted by the show when she made the actual cut. Unfortunately her haircut is extremely uneven, and choppy. I’m sure glad hair grows out, because it’s really bad. Someone asked if we got her hair cut at a home depot (jokingly) it was so bad. It’s straight on one side, but then is uneven and choppy on the other and very blunt on that side too. Honestly not the experience I wanted for my baby’s first haircut, in the future I’ll know to save the money and just cut it at home.
