Your team was friendly. But I feel cheated. On the phone your employee told me they would shave my kids head for her first haircut, which is a traditional in my culture. she specifically said shave. I was very clear that I wanted it to the skin. But when we got there she only used clippers down to a 1. This is very different than clean shaven. I understand she didn’t feel comfortable going that close as my toddler is 13 months. But she shouldn’t claim it would be a shave on the phone in that case. I still paid and left a very generous tip, but I am very disappointed by our company’s dishonesty and misleading claims.
