I’ve been getting laser hair removal at Westwood Laser Spa for about 7 months and I’m so happy with the results. My hair is now growing in much slower, finer, and in smaller amounts after each session. I do my upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and lower legs, and the whole process takes less than 10 minutes. I go to Aleen, who is amazing—professional, well-trained, and great at making the treatment as comfortable as possible. She works at a pace that matches your comfort level and somehow makes the time go by quickly. I first bought my package on Groupon and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the quality and service have been excellent. Highly recommend Westwood Laser Spa, especially with Aleen, if you want fast, effective, and professional results.

Okay, so I’ve been debating laser hair removal for literally years. Being a student at UCLA, my life is a constant cycle of studying, trying to have a social life, and occasionally hitting the gym or the beach. The last thing I ever want to deal with is the constant upkeep of shaving or the pain (and cost!) of waxing. I live in Westwood, so I'd walked past Westwood Laser Spa a bunch of times and was always curious. After getting fed up with razor burn one too many times, I finally decided to book a consultation. First off, the vibe inside is super clean, modern, and honestly, just cool. It doesn't feel like a stuffy, intimidating clinic. The pink neon sign is a nice touch. I was a little nervous going in, especially since I wanted to get a Brazilian, which feels like a pretty vulnerable thing. But the staff immediately put me at ease. They were so professional and friendly, and during the consultation, they explained everything—how the laser works, what to expect, the whole process—without any pressure. They answered all my questions, and I felt like I was making an informed choice, not just being sold something. Now for the actual sessions. My biggest fear was the pain. I have a pretty low pain tolerance and was bracing myself. But honestly? It's so much more manageable than waxing. It feels like a quick, tiny rubber band snap that lasts for a split second, and then it’s over. The technician was amazing—she was fast, efficient, and kept a conversation going, which was a great distraction. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and it was over before I knew it. I'm so glad I finally decided to try laser hair removal, and I wanted to share my experience at Westwood Laser Spa because it was just genuinely so positive. I'd been thinking about it for years and was honestly a little nervous about the process, but I was just getting so tired of the constant upkeep of shaving. A friend recommended this place, and I'm so happy she did. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff really made the difference; they were so professional and kind, and the calm atmosphere immediately put me at ease. My nurse was especially wonderful—she took the time to walk me through the entire process, thoroughly explained what to expect both during and after the treatment, and was incredibly patient with all of my questions. It made me feel like I was in very capable and caring hands. The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and much more comfortable than I had anticipated, which was a huge relief. Now, I'm just so pleased with the results. My skin is significantly smoother, and it's honestly been such a nice little luxury in my daily routine to not have to think about shaving anymore.
