The staff is so sweet fast and efficient! They did an amazing job cutting my kids hair and I will definitely be back. Also love the 2000s colors and design! Ps: Just one thing parents… there is a very temping indoor slide for the little ones… beware 😅

We took our godson and Jessica was super great!! She was very patient, kind and knew all the tricks to keep him calm for his first haircut! The place was also very clean, we saw the stylist disinfecting before our godson so that was also a plus!

The stylist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She made my grandson feel comfortable before, during, and after his hair cutting experience. This is definitely our go-to spot from now on!

I met Jessica when she worked at another kids salon and was saddened when I was unable to find her. I was doing a google search on other kid hair cut places and Cookie Cutters- Richmond has great reviews! I was able to find stylist Jessica through the wonderful reviews that others left. Thank you everyone that has left a review on Jessica! I was able to finally find her! She is patient, friendly and very good at her job! I took my kids to other places but no one comes close to Jessica. She does a great job with giving my kids cuts with the razor and scissors. She does a wonderful job blending their haircut. I’ve had horrible experiences where there were uneven strands of hair throughout the whole head! Cookie cutters is lucky to have Jessica on their team. Even though I have to drive 50 minutes, I will definitely be going back! My boys were so happy to have a fresh haircut! 5 stars!

Husband and I took my 2 yr old grandson for his first visit to this salon and Ismat did a wonderful job! She took her time and did wonderful. He loved the slide, car, and watching his favorite baby shark. The overall experience was great and we will definitely be coming back!
