I love it. My son is really sensitive with loud noises usually other salon, they don’t have the patience for him because you’ll cry. But Alessandra is amazing, such a sweetheart that my son is calm lets himself get a haircut! She really has so much patience with him. I appreciate her for that!

Went in for a haircut for my son, Left a bald spot in my son's hair. I said not too short on top but she made it way too short. Supposed to clean the lower part but she seems to be rushing for the next appointment.

Unfortunately, even though on their website and other places, walk-ins are not welcome you will never get an appointment. Don’t try to wake up early and get there right when they open. Also make sure you scout the website because on the weekend you’ll never get a haircut As well as our system glitches because not only did I get up early and drive to like five locations. I spoke to multiple appointments online and then when I got there, they said that they didn’t have any and it’s like why put it online then? I even had the proof in my email of the booking. I went all the way to Layton from this location because they said they did walk in and then I get there and they don’t. I genuinely be trying to cut my kids hair for at least four weeks now. Good luck. If you work on the weekdays late, you will never get an appointment.

McKenzie did amazing with our little two year old. He did good right up until the end and she worked through it all quickly, efficiently and calmly. So much patience as well. We will definitely be coming back. His hair cut looks perfect as well.
