I absolutely love Cool and Collected Antiques. It’s one of my favorite shops in town, which is why this review is hard to write. While one staff member was pleasant, another was clearly upset that we needed assistance. When we asked for help retrieving a picture from the wall, he responded with silence, visible frustration, and aggressive body language. Huffing, scowling, and even throwing a box aside to move a ladder. Not a single word was spoken to us. I fully understand that everyone has bad days. We all do. We were actually there because it had been an incredibly difficult week…… we were in town because we had buried my sister we lost unexpectedly, just the day before. A little kindness goes a long way. You never know what someone is carrying when they walk through the door. I’ll pray for you, sir. 🙂

Nice store and was bigger than it looked. I thought pricing was all over the place but had good selection

Very nice and clean store. Decent pricing and fair. Enjoyed shopping until we had to ask for help getting into a locked cabinet for an item to purchase. I mistaken the cabinet and lady behind counter acted put off and sighed. I apologized, her making comment I should of grabbed both keys. I said I can take my business elsewhere. She said no. never once did she apologize. Purchasing my items I spoke with owner who was dismissive and acted like it was no big deal. ? Even said to the lady it's not the side eye today? No apologies from him either. Nice shop, sadly I don't think I will be back. I went back and had a better visit and was treated well. I'll return. We did return and had a very nice experience and our friendly helper was very kind.

My sister brought me in here for my first visit and hers too! Really unique antique shop, tons of one-of-a-kind pieces to shop and gander at! Take your time or you might miss something. Found what I've been wanting for years and it was in the best condition so far. Very decently priced! When I asked if I could place it up front the older man behind the counter seemed irritated that I wanted it held up front as it was too heavy to haul around the store. The gal who checked me out was decent and friendly. Take it for what you get from them but I'm there to support whoever is selling the antique items. Right in the corner of a kinda busy parking area lot. I'd say stop in check it out and if nothing you tried! I'd come back to see what is new another time. Never know!

This place is an essential visit! It's all nice antiques and priced accordingly. A tad rich for my blood but I still love to browse. One time we got a really nice vintage denim jacket for my son. Lots of furniture, clothing, knick-knacks and records. This place has antique and vintage stuff in good enough quality to use or collect, it's not the place to go for projects. Stop in and you're sure to feel the nostalgia and fall in love with something.
