I had a great experience with Lindsey @ Cool Heads! I’m currently in the process of growing my hair out, and she did an incredible job with a scissors-only maintenance cut to keep it looking clean. Lindsey was extremely thorough and took the time to offer personalized suggestions on what would look best based on my head and face shape. I've been to every local barber shop and haircut place in the Alliance area, and it's rare to find someone who listens so closely and provides such good advice.

Lindsey is awesome! I have had trouble finding a barber im satisfied with. Decided to try Cool Heads. I got a hair cut and beard (longer) trim. She was great in consulting on both. My beard was a mess from the last barber who butchered it and i thought i was going to have to chop it off but she shaped it up wonderfully. Already been back again for.my second cut with her and once again very pleased. Brought kids and they got awesome cuts as well from the other barbers.

First time experience and it was excellent! Booking an appointment was easy. And customer service was very nice! I got my haircut from Tracie and she did an amazing job, listened and understood how I wanted my hair cut and met expectations!! Will definitely be coming back again

Being newer to the area I’ve been looking for a stylist that will take my input and provide exactly the look I’m after. Lindsey was able to provide that and did a phenomenal job! She listened to exactly what I wanted, took her time, and my cut came out great. My first visit was welcoming and I will definitely be going back. Coming from a friend who exclusively cut my hair for the last 15 years, I’m grateful to have found Lindsey at Cool Heads. Would for sure recommend.

We unintentionally followed Rachel to Cool Heads from her previous shop and we are so excited for this happy coincidence! She is absolutely amazing with our 2 year old! He always walks out looking great, which can be a challenge because he’s a wiggly one! Thank you so much Rachel for making hair cuts enjoyable for our boy!
