Absolute disgrace. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and asked what the deals are and was told you can add an additional game for $1, multiple people heard it. After the first game, I wasn't sure whether I paid for the 2nd game so after enquiring I was told it's an additional $7 pp per game. Um sorry?! Please tell me where the $1 came from.... I will now be seeking a full refund direct from the venue for breaches to consumer protections for false advertising. Your 'buy one get one free' voucher does not cut it. What a way to ruin an experience with my brother who is a regular here visiting with my elderly mother from Victoria and myself being out of state. Zone bowling here we come but not before I receive my refund. I look forward to hearing from Tenpin Coolangatta Tweed Head prior to COB 03FEB2026. I also see by the owner or manager's response to reviews that they clearly do not take well to 1-star reviews and show contempt towards the customer, completely wrong attitude and the business won'tlive forever with that style of management amd does not deserve to. All I would say to this owner is try me and we will sort the matter out through adjudication via an external jurisdiction, no problem. You will have 1 opportunity to make this right and should you 'the owner' attempt to treat me with contempt like have with your other customers, then we will handle the matter elsewhere.

What a place, short black head guy think it was male but could be wrong. acting as a manager is most likely the reason for such a massive slump I was asked to go looking at advertising thier not worth it would not even come back to bowl.

Do not bring people with disabilities here, they are rude, the bumpers don’t work and they won’t even change lanes if that’s the case, they do not accept companion cards for their support, you are made to wear their stinky athletes foot shoes, something people with sensory issues probably won’t want. I was told this is because it’s competition ten pin bowling but the place is so dated and dilapidated with flashing lights, faded walls and again the very rude service the place is anything but professional. Place is an embarrassment to tweed heads

Great place to go to for some family fun, the staff are always incredibly lovely and very helpful. It's my sons favourite place.
