Ryan assessed our old A/C as not economic to repair and came back later and installed a new unit, including moving the outdoor unit up onto the wall and off the ground. Quality of his work was outstanding, great attention to detail and he was excellent to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience with Coolmacks after our ducted air conditioning system was damaged by a frog. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Excellent company to deal with from admin to technicians doing the job. Extremely professional, neat and tidy and know their stuff. Well priced for the level of work and service they provide. Ryan attended promptly to sort out a less than great install from another technician and I was so impressed gave them the job to install 2 more units. Again extremely impressed. Quality of the install miles above previous ones and cost about the same.. Will now use them to service all the air cons on an annual basis. Really can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
