Jasmine from Cooltech was very easy to deal with and responded to my enquiries very promptly. The installers were very polite and hard working being mindful to leave the place very tidy. They even inserted a sliding fly screen an extra task which was above and beyond their scope of work. Thank you. I do recommend Cooltech Air Conditioning.

We had a great experience with Cooltech Air Conditioning from start to finish. The team arrived on time, were extremely professional, and carried out the work thoroughly and efficiently. Paying close attention to detail, taking the extra time to make sure all vents were straight and neatly finished, which we really appreciated. The team were friendly, respectful, and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. The overall service was excellent, and we are very happy with the final result. We Highly recommend Cooltech Air Conditioning.

I honestly can’t recommend Cooltech Air enough. I recently had to replace my old ducted system, and after getting seven different quotes, Cooltech were the clear winners. The main reason I went with them was the incredible amount of time and care Joel put in during the initial visit. While other companies did a quick walk-through, Joel actually sat down with me to make sure we were getting the right system for the house. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the whole selection process, making sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and which system would be best for my house and what would fit in the roof. Some advise to anyone looking to replace your ducted air, make sure the company who's providing the quote actually goes up into the roof space to measure, as I got quotes from other companies who didn't inspect the roof and quoted for systems that wouldn't even fit...! Joel on the other hand took detailed measurements, and made sure the selected system was the correct size. Yasemin was also great to deal with, provided clear, open and prompt communication. She made everything so easy, stayed on top of all the details, and was extremely helpful whenever I had a random questions. The whole team is just so efficient and easy to deal with. The install team were quick, efficient & extremely hard working. They were happy to explain what needed to be done, ensured the place was left clean and tidy, and made sure I was comfortable in operating the system before leaving. I can't speak highly of the team at Cooltech, and without question will 100% recommend giving them a call to discuss what you need Thank you Joel and Yasemin

We recently had a ducted air-conditioning system installed at our warehouse and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was professional, punctual, and easy to work with, completing the installation efficiently with excellent attention to detail. The system performs perfectly across the entire warehouse, and the workmanship is clean and tidy. Communication was great throughout, pricing was fair and transparent, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them for any air-conditioning work.
