First time here… Went for a birthday outing with a group of friends! First off lanes five and six for the bowling were messed up… The employee we went up to four times kind of joked about it & Acted annoyed because we needed help fixing our lanes multiple times. So that was unpleasant. (We aren’t picky people to complain). The Caesar wrap had no dressing on it… whatever but the two Biscuits you get for $10… The one literally came out raw and the server behind the bar saw it and couldn’t believe it.. Again, not complaining, but my thing is, no one offered a new one? LOL… yeah we didn’t say much, we all were definitely just disappointed.
Coop De Ville offers one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. The atmosphere is vibrant, fun, and welcoming, making it an excellent choice for a family-friendly night out. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, contributing greatly to the overall positive experience. While the arcade games and fries are priced on the higher side, the outstanding quality of the food more than justifies the cost. The chicken sandwich is truly the highlight and sets this establishment apart. This concept is impressive and well executed and would translate exceptionally well as a franchise. Highly recommended.
I’ve heard a lot of good things about the coffee here, especially their specialty lattes, and after trying them, I think they’re okay, but not worth the price to be honest. The cereal latte had a ton of cereal in it, should have grabbed a spoon to eat it! The flavor itself was more just sweet than anything else, but it still pretty good coffee and the staff was very nice! My real complaint is that it was $8+ for a small iced latte, which even for a specialty is really pricy for Pittsburgh. Overall not bad but I don’t think I’d get it again for that price.
Bar and the bartenders are real nice. Games are fine but beat up and not a ton of variety, you can play everything in like 1 hour. Duck bowling is tiny with not enough lanes. The chicken sandwich is good but $21 for a meal is bonkers. Also this place is kind of small, it gets insanely crowded past 9 so you can't really do much of anything. There's only like an hour sweet spot where it's not full of kids, dead, or completely packed. However when all the stars align Coop is a cool place, hence the 4 stars.
Cool vibes, order your food grab a seat somewhere, there is a pick up window and they text you when it's ready (all inside)! The food we ordered was made fresh and absolutely worth any wait you will have! Stopped in while on work shift so can't account for the drinks but they took great care of our entire FireDept Swift water team. Also have a arcade section that I'll have to come back and check out!
