I practiced pilates at CBPWV for 4 years and absolutely LOVED it! The studio is beautiful and clean, the instructors are awesome, and it’s the best full body workout you can get. I love that anyone of any fitness level can do pilates here and the instructors are so kind, patient, and accommodating. I was a novice when I started and had never done any form of pilates/yoga/dance. But through Erin’s constant attention to form and her expertise, she pushed me when she knew I could do better and my form, flexibility and strength continued to improve with each class! They also helped me rehab my knee after a tibial plateau fracture and I have no chronic pain issues because of this. As a family physician, I have been recommending CBPWV to many of my patients with chronic back pain issues. So much of the time this pain is worsened by a weak core, and CBPWV is EXCELLENT at strengthening this. They are great about asking new clients about history of injuries and chronic pain so they can help them make the necessary modifications to get the most out of their workouts. Every class is different so you will never get bored and your first class is free so give it a try! I love this place and couldn’t more highly recommend it!

Great studio and great workout. Lots of variety in the routines and the intructors are really helpful. I am a bit older than some of the other attendees but the instructors will offer suggestions to me so that my workout accommodates my abilities. That's not to say that I don't work out as hard however.
