Corefit is truly exceptional! I’ve taken barre classes at other studios, but nothing compares to the workouts here. Every class is thoughtfully structured to target every single muscle group — legs, glutes, core, arms, even those tiny stabilizer muscles you didn’t know you had. The burn is real, but so are the results. The instructors are incredibly motivating and always make sure your form is correct so you get the most out of each movement. I also love how welcoming the environment is — whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you always feel supported. I leave every class feeling stronger, more toned, and so energized. If you’re looking for a full-body workout that is challenging, effective, and actually enjoyable, Corefit is the place to go!

CoreFit SATX is honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. The energy here is different—in the best way. The coaches are motivating without being intimidating, and they really pay attention to form, safety, and progress. You feel guided, supported, and pushed just the right amount. The workouts are challenging but super rewarding, and every class feels purposeful. The community is amazing too—people are friendly, encouraging, and you never feel out of place, whether you’re a beginner or already fit. The space is clean, organized, and well-equipped. You can tell the owners truly care about the facility and the members. If you’re looking for a place that actually helps you get stronger, feel better, and stay consistent, CoreFit SATX is it. Highly recommend! 💪🏼🔥

Fantastic Pilates studio! I’ve taken many Pilates classes at various studios, but this was my first “power” Pilates class. Stephanie was very helpful and accommodating, I learned a lot. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Corefit. The reformer Pilates classes are great. They have all levels and styles of instructors. If you’re looking for a calm but challenging class Michelle Head is the one. If you just want a normal Pilates class or are new, I’d suggest Tanya O. She explains thoroughly and doesn’t put pressure on you to push past your current comfort zone or skill level. If you want an intense boot camp style class Shannon Nelson is your girl. Pilates takes time and is incredibly difficult your first go, but don’t give up! You get stronger and it gets better. The studio is clean and the staff is helpful. They have bathrooms where you can change and they aren’t insane about coming in a bit late like some studios. Of course I come in as stealthy as possible when late but tardiness happens to all of us sometimes.
