My mother went here to get blood drawn. The technician who tended to her poked her arm four times and pressured my mother to have another poke. When my mother refused, the tech became very aggressive, angry, and blamed my mother for having small veins and even laughed at her refusal. She doesn’t remember her name, but the tech was a larger woman with tattoos and glasses. She didn’t apologize to my mother whatsoever for her behavior. The next tech who worked with my mom was far nicer and drew her blood in one go. For an urgent care center, this place doesn’t have very welcoming or professional staff.

As someone who is terrified of going to the doctors, I had the most reassuring nurses. Every nurse I spoke to was professional and made me feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone who helped me.

My experiences were overly unsettling. However, the gentleman I spoke with when I checked in was very courteous and friendly. Sitting in the waiting room I took note of some type of debris on the floor beneath the chairs. Regrettably, when I was called back the young woman who I engaged with seemed very aggravated and irritated. Her demeanor only served to heighten my anxiety. When I was finally checked out it was handled quickly and with little to no explanation of what was actually happening with me.

I over heard a worker saying that the place hasn't been clean all weekend. I definitely could tell when I walked in as well. I do not recommend wasting your money on going here because you'll have to wait for ever for literally nothing. They rarely ever prescribe anything for sicknesses. Never going here again that's for sure.

I went to this facility on a Saturday night. It was nice and clean in there, there was only a handful of people, and the weight wasn't too terrible. I think it might have taken an hour which in urgent Care is nothing. They had vending machines so you can get something to drink or eat while you were waiting. The staff was very friendly to me.
