For $500, I could have hired a private driver to teach my kid how to drive and the rules of the road better than this place. They passed our kids who both ran red lights and stop signs during the test and who could not properly park a car during the test either. What a joke.
I was worried that I wouldn't be able to drive well because my English was quite weak, but when I studied with Mr. Tony, he was always there to help me. Sometimes he was very strict, but I knew he only wanted the best for me and I always appreciated that. And this is a very good driving school for beginners.
The driving school is great. Although the physical days in class are boring I would 100% suggest this to anybody. This school teaches things that most new drivers wouldn’t think of but are common sense once you hear them. This school prepares a new driver for the roads. The driving sessions are also great to let you know what you are doing wrong and how you can improve. The driving sessions helped build up my confidence driving. I will definitely recommend this to any new driver although the price is steep the price is worth it to keep a new driver and other people on the roads safe.
My daughter is a single parent of 2 teenagers which means a single income. When she told me the cost of driving school I was taken back a bit. A quick search revealed Cornhusker Driving School was priced the same as the other schools in this area. I decided to go with Conhusker simply because they have been in business for 59 years!! I'm so glad my grandkids attended this driving school. My wife and I, along with my daughter and grandkids, we're at the house when the driving school car pulled up. A very pleasant instructor introduced himself. One of my grandkids finished in two lessons, while the other needed a couple more. Both are now very comfortable when behind the wheel. This school was very good for me as a student to get comfortable and understand driving. While the learning part was rather dry and repetitive, driving was very easy going and relaxing. My instructor, Mr. Jimmy, was a very great instructor for me as he was calm and easygoing. He had a great personality and we often chatted while I drove. It’s instructors like him that make learning such an important life skill much easier. Would recommend this school and instructor for drivers that are nervous to get on the road.
