Very impressed with this cleaning service! Michelle’s team is professional and always leave my home spotless. They pay attention to every detail and go above and beyond my expectations. As a single working mom, it is always a relief to walk into a clean, fresh space — highly recommend! I also used them for my clean out when I moved. Ginnie and Tasha are wonderful!

Switched to Cottage Care for my cleaning services and they have been wonderful. Flexible on scheduling and I generally have some consistency between a few cleaners which is really nice. I have young kids who can make quite a mess but these folks do a great job with my clean and they stay until the job is done! Kim came today and even left little rubber ducks for my kids - so sweet!

This is my first time ever getting a deep clean of my house and It was an amazing experience! I couldn’t have asked for a better cleaning company! Very professional and personable Kami and Sonya did an incredible job. I spoke with Delena from the beginning and she is absolutely wonderful. This was my first time hiring Cottage care and Sonya and Ana did a great job! We just moved in to this giant house 6 months ago & have been cleaning, painting, unpacking, and doing lots of renovations, Plus, we have three dogs and one 11-year-old, I cook a LOT and I just can’t keep up with cleaning on top of everything else so the amount they cleaned in a little over 4.5 hrs was so greatly appreciated! I am excited to start our bi weekly cleaning schedule! I also want to add that I’ve had Many housekeepers over my lifetime And we just moved back home to Virginia six months ago. Dolina introduced me to Cottagecare, she’s worked for them for a while now and knows that One thing I’ve been dreading is having to do interviews and find someone all over again that I can trust and that will do a great job. Cottagecare takes all of that stress out of the equation, They fully Vet And background check all of their employees! Their Pricing is also very fair & Competitive. I was paying about the same price in Oregon and I was supplying all of the cleaning supplies. CottageCare takes that out of the equation as well they supply the supplies & Don’t even have cancellation fees! They also take the awkwardness out of If something is missed, they will come and take care of it with no problem. They have a manager that takes care of everything and someone that comes and does inspections Periodically to make sure that your house is getting cleaned perfectly!

This was my first time using CottageCare. They were really professional throughout the planning process. Once I asked for a quote online, a representative called me within about 20 mins and explained their process. My home's manager has been great at communicating the whole time. And the workers did a wonderful job cleaning our home. Definitely very pleased with how the home looks!
