This is an update to the previous post I made. I am happy to report that Cotton Mather was diligent in working through my issue and I have used them for the past two years in filing my tax returns. After several years of working with a firm that always had to file an extension because their lack of capacity, it is refreshing to work with a firm that turns around your return expeditiously.
