This course offers a reasonably-priced, fun day of golf with beautiful, rustic views of the East County hills. A little rough around the edges. But so am I. HaHa! Friendly crowd at the 19th. Not over booked. All of the amenities. Just be sure to bring some extra balls, which can get lost when hit into the sycamore and cottonwood leaves. Good times and good on the wallet!

Reasonably priced day of golf. Fairways were a little rough but the greens were in good shape. Staff was very nice and happy to help if needed. Stopped at the shop after 9 for a snack. The hot dog was pretty good and fairly cheap. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Some of the bad reviews on here are serious overreactions. This is a good golf course, especially for the price. It is a little run down, there's a few areas where I think the fairway should be considered "ground under repair" areas that aren't. But it's still a decently maintained course. The staff is friendly. The clubhouse and bar have old school vibes that maybe aren't for everyone... but I appreciate them. The practice area is kind of janky - but it's better than no practice area. The back 9 is excellent and the whole 18 is very good. It's an interesting course with old school course design that is very fun.

This is not a bad course, this is single handedly the worst course I have ever seen. A disrespect to golf and the game. Somebody took dirt, mowed random grass patches, and added a flag in a hole to putt into. If you’re from out of town stay far and clear - waste of money, time, and hopes.

The golf course is good, it’s not great, with a lot of potential. The fairways need a lot of work but it seems to be the standard for most affordable golf courses around San Diego. The greens are in great shape. The back nine is fun to play! Some interesting layouts. The staff is friendly and helpful enough to get by. I will play it again if the opportunity presents itself.
