Only criticism I have is that on the receipt issued, they got my first name wrong and the model of my car. My name IS unusual so I cop that regularly but the car model. Anyway, transmission service was done n dusted n runs smoothly. My car was washed n vacuum editor with me asking, apparently it's part of the service. allow wheels are shiny no brake dust :) I'd recommend Cox as they are located in a great spot, 5 min walk to public transport. Warm in Melbourne atm n got offered a chilled water bottle when I dropped the car off, living locally, they dropped the car off as well [2 min drive] but it all counts to the 5 star rating given. Workshop looked spotless no noise no swearing or workers with attitude. I'll definitely be back.

Cox booked us in to get RWC for my partners Volvo on short notice and Harley quickly told me what needed to be fixed to pass. However when quoting me for repairs they were quite a bit higher than the price of my local mechanic so I ended up doing the repairs elsewhere. Harley and the team were friendly and knowledgeable which was reassuring. I would admit though, $440 for the RWC was on the high end compared to others, but would still recommend. They also washed the car which was a nice dealership touch.

Dinil is your man! Came there in the morning and went straight into it - finished in a couple of hours. He was very direct, extremely helpful and communication at its finest. Took the Touareg in for a service - came out looking and feeling like an absolute beast. FREE CARWASH - LIKE COME ON! Thanks Cox!

The previous owner of my car had it serviced at Cox and after being burnt by a major dealership (when all they did was wash the car), I decided to take it to Cox as well. And I couldn't be happier with the level of expertise and servicing costs, when it's a Euro car. Even this time around, when I no longer work close by and it's a bit out of my way to come down to South Melbourne, I still decided it's better in their hands than of another service centre. Thanks Harley and the Cox team.

Worst customer services and professionalism . Been sending my Range Rover sport and brand new 2024 defender here for service for a while. Yesterday got my defender service after 1 hour, the car lost all the coolant in the shopping centre car park. Called them this morning and they sent someone to fix it and the guy instructed that “ the mechanic left the coolant intake box unlocked with cap literally sitting on the top very very loose” Now again the car is showing low coolant level and check sign . Called them and the guy over the phone said “we are not sure “ this is how pathetic these guys treat to their clients who bring all these luxury cars to them for services .
