We are so happy that we stumbled upon this gem. The team at Cozy Home is amazing and helped us make our house feel more like a home with a couple of great lamps and sofa. Dean, the owner, even made sure that we got our sofa delivered (even though it was a Sunday) Great service. I highly recommend CozyHome to anyone looking to furnish their home.

We had a great experience working with Cozy Home Furniture and really appreciated how they took care of us. When we first came in, we explained our budget and what we were looking for. They have a beautiful selection of furniture in their showroom. However, even though they didn’t have exactly what we wanted on the showroom floor, they didn’t rush us or push alternatives. Instead, they sat down with us, walked through their catalogs, and helped us find a set that checked all the boxes. They even worked with us on pricing so we could stay within our budget, which we truly appreciated. When an issue came up later with a couple of dining chairs, due to the manufacturer, they handled it professionally and made it right. I’ll be the first to admit I’m not the easiest customer to work with, and they were patient, responsive, and focused on finding a solution that we were happy with. They invited us back to the store and gave us the flexibility to choose replacement chairs from their in-stock selection, which made the resolution easy and stress-free. Customer service matters, especially with furniture purchases, and Cozy Home Furniture showed that they stand behind their customers. We’re very happy with the outcome and are already planning our next purchase with them.

Great customer service! Dean and Shannon answered all questions, and spent a lot of time helping me understand each piece and its quality. Learned a ton and felt like the products were priced well given their luxury/sturdy quality. Unique selections with lots of versatility.
