While cleaning out the charging port of my iPhone with a toothpick, a small piece must have broken off. All of a sudden I couldn't charge my phone. I took it to CPR and they absolutely bailed me out. The very polite and efficient associate grabbed the right tools and had my phone charging in no time. She was incredibly helpful and courteous - and completely saved my Christmas Eve. Highly recommend these guys.

I kind of want to drop my phone just to go back to see Casey. I have never met such a kind and competent cell phone master. She took my two phone in the back and came back with hand written instructions for me. Smart, listens like a pro and so very, very kind. She will be seeing me again even if it is to just bring Dunkin Munchkins. Just want them to feel the same as I did when I left their business. Tons of love, the tall dorky tech nerd.

Chris is awesome!! I walked in with an iPad that had an obstruction in the charging port and in seconds he was able to pull it out and fixed my issue!! Him and his staff were so kind and fun!!!! 5 stars all day long!!!

Just wanted to take a second to compliment surveys are important to my job so I'm trying to give kudos to others because I understand how important these things can be. I got my phone repaired for a claim on Saturday. After Saturday I started having issues with my phone I didn't have before like cutting off and my camera not working I was stressed. I have to have my phone for work. I called explained the issue was told to come in with no appointment and was resolved within the hour. There was never any trouble or push back for my concern to be resolved. Everyone was super helpful I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that took care of me today but he worked there today on 9/8. Most of your negative reviews are from over a year ago so look forward to you guys continuing to improve and grow thanks for the help!
