I used this company for over a decade and was very pleased with their products. There was a time I found their products superior to others. In the last two years the quality sharply declined and I was receiving wood pieces that were honestly shocking. Jagged, rough surfaces and edges and there was no sanding them smooth because it required so much sanding that the shape was lost. I believe they are using low quality wood and lathes that aren't working appropriately. I reached out to the company and was told that this was normal quality and that it was perfectly acceptable. I was literally told that my expectations were too high and that their other customers don't mind this diminished quality. When I explained that I was just expecting the quality that I've received from them for years, I was then told that I must have just been super lucky and happened to be receiving randomly exceptional orders that are not their norm. I was completely shocked by the way my issues were responded to. I have switched suppliers for my business and will no longer use this company but I feel it is helpful to other small businesses to know what they might get from this company.
