I haven't sold or bought many houses, 5 is already too many, but I can compare. And since I sold a house at the same time Meredith was helping me buy another one, this was realtime comparison. For how much the sale experience was not a fun trip, I had the complete opposite journey with Meredith. She was simply awesome.
