They are rude and very unprofessional. My stepson went with my husband to take my daughter in laws vehicle for an appraisal and schedule to drop off on another dare since I was told by phone of their customer service line that needed to done, the woman that attended kept insisting if we were insured by state farm. My husband put me on the phone with her and I explained that it was a claim against the OV the crashed into our car and that they were the ones that had statefarm and were accepted liability and advised us to take the vehicle to them. She didn't want to understand that we couldn't drop it off as per their CSR without my daughter in laws signature. She handed my husband the phone back and then passed me to another gentleman where I tried explaining the same thing and rudely just handed the phone to my husband without telling me he was cutting off our conversation. My husband told me that he just handed him the phone and walked away. They then told my husband that if they weren't going to drop off the vehicle for repairs and only getting the appraisal, that they would be charging us per hour for the time it would take to appraise it. Basically, they're rude and ignorant. How are you going to tell me, I have to pay for the appraisal when I am telling them Statefarm accepted liability on behalf of their insured and that we weren't dropping off today cuz we needed to rent the vehicle and that we were told that my daughter in law had to be there to sign in order to drop off. Never use a facility that treats ppl so rudely. I guess they don't need the business. And I will be also advising Statefarm the way were treated so they know what type of vendor their sending clients to. If statefarm gets enough complaints, they will lose the business

Chrisy was THE BOMB.COM!!! Keep in touch with me the whole process!! Got to drop rental off there and left with amazing finished product! She made this experience sooo easy and stress free... Way to follow thru girl!!! Also the review of my ride was great..he was very detailed.. Superb experience!!!!

Harry and Amanda are the best! The customer service they offer is too notch. They replaced our cars doorafter an accident and it looks perfect. The staff is friendly and answered all questions we had.

The staff at Crash Champions were absolutely incredible. The work was done quickly and it looks brand new. I cannot recommend them enough. Charlie even changed my key fob battery that was low. 10/10 service all around.
