This is the second time that I have purchased from this store. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Jakob did a great job of recommending which tires for me and my options. I made and appointment and was in and out within the time that they promised. My boyfriend takes his to another location and also has a great experience each time. I recommend them!

My grandparent's vehicle had a tire issue and Discount Tire by Regency was recommended to me to have it looked at. I was taken care of by Josten. He was very friendly. As someone who has no idea about working on cars, Josten had a great way of explaining the general issue and way to have it repaired. There wasn't any pressure for additional stuff or repairs, just overall fantastic service. I will definitely come again and would recommend this location for solid work.

I purchased new wheels and the service that I received was stellar. I received a prompt phone call when they arrived and made an appointment an hour later to bring my car in to have them installed. The service that I received from Josten was exemplary. The time it took exceeded my expectations and Josten did an awesome job. I went to this Discount Tire after driving a 28 hour round trip. I was exhausted,scared,cranky and a bit confused while trying to get there safely to get my tire repaired.Everyone in that office was extremely respectful and kind. They gave me detailed directions over the phone and talked to me untill I pulled into the shop . They imididiatly greeted me and treated me with kindness. They also explained everything they did and educated me a little more on tires. I will never forget how kind they we're in a very stressful situation.
