Im disappointed at the inflated prices and truly feel because I'm a woman, that they believe i won't question it. But I did. Not surprisingly, I received an estimate from a competitor, for the same exact repairs, for $300 LESS. I've been a loyal customer for years and knew I was over paying, but it was convenient. Convenient or not, there comes a point when it becomes dishonest, in my opinion. So I went elsewhere and am pleased I did.

Bo and Shawn on Beach were amazing! They were gracious, patient, transparent and pretty precise with the cost....my repairs were less than their verbal approximation!!! As a woman I am always looking for a mechanic I can trust. Meinke Car Care Center made me very comfortable. You know where I found this Meinke site? You know why I gave them a try? Their A+ status on the BBB! They earned every bit of that grade. They get an A+ from me also. Please keep up the great work!

Shawn and Bo are wonderful. Very professional and I trust them with any car I take. They won’t just take your money. They tell you what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed to be safe and what can wait. Great service and I’ll always go to them for my cars.

By far, the best experience I’ve ever had getting auto repairs. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. My vehicle was ready quickly. The reason this place has such a good rating is because of the professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail that I’ve never experienced to this magnitude before. In Jacksonville, it is the only place I will go from now on. What goes around comes around and every aspect of life and if you expect good service, you too, must be willing to pay it forward and tell people in a public forum when you have a wonderful experience such as mine!
