I had such a great experience at Crate & Barrel today and really wanted to give a shout out to Ko, one of the store associates. She was incredibly kind and patient. I was buying Christmas decorations here, but I had bought another gift from Williams Sonoma earlier, and that experience was pretty bad. They didn’t have a box that fit, and even after I asked, they forced the item into a small box that ended up breaking. It really stressed me out. When I asked Ko if she could help wrap everything together, she was so careful and made sure everything looked great. Especially during such a busy holiday season, her attitude really stood out. Thank you so much, Ko! You truly saved my day. I hope you have a wonderful holiday season.

There was an amazing gentleman that helped me over the phone named Trevor. I had an emergency where I needed a new menorah for Hanukkah. I tried going to about 10 different places and calling many other stores in search of one but no one had any in store. I came across Crate & Barrel and though I was feeling defeated I decided to give them a call. Trevor was above and beyond over the phone and was so resourceful. I came in and got my menorah where I happened to run into Trevor where he shared excitement when I found it. I was so relieved to have found it. Thank you Trevor for being amazing and for saving my Hanukkah! 💖

My husband and I recently visited the Santana row Crate and Barrel and purchased a sectional with the help of your sales associate, Aubree Grider. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience. She offered guidance and was patient with us when rendering many different configurations and talking us through all our options. Not once did we feel like she was trying to make a sale but rather that she wanted us to decide on something that we were ultimately happy with. We left feeling confident with our purchase and the over all experience. We will definitely be coming back soon for some additional pieces and we look forward to working directly with her again. She truly provided a 5 star experience and deserves recognition for her hard work and great customer service. We would highly recommend asking for her when shopping!

About delivery: The Crate & Barrel delivery team did an excellent job delivering and assembling my furniture today. They called me a few days before to confirm the delivery date. They also have a tracking system that can watch the delivery vehicle lively. All you need to do is to keep your delivery path (drive way) clean so they can move the pieces easily. They usually come with really big trucks cause they deliver to multiple locations per day. So finding a good parking spot for their truck is the key. They were very professional and careful, especially when moving my heavy table exactly according to my instructions. The weather was extremely hot, but they still worked hard with a great attitude. I really appreciate their effort and dedication — they are my heroes for getting everything done so smoothly. Thank you for making this delivery stress-free! The delivery team did add value to the Crate & Barrel brand name.

Ok, first and foremost let me just boast about Bonnie. She was so quick to greet me. Answered all of my questions and welcomed me to the area. I just moved here from out of state and she felt more like a friend than an associate at C&B. I will be back for Bonnie to help me decorate my new home!
