“Crate and barrel has the worst customer service. Been waiting for my furniture for 3 months. They never pick up the phone. Dont buy from here. Update as of 5/2/2026 - still waiting on my furniture. It’s been five months now. The original delivery date was scheduled for early May. I checked today. It’s been pushed to end of June. I called the Crate & Barrel store. They have no updates to share and what is causing the delay.

Terrible customer service experience from Amy, Gia (manager), and Angie (manager) regarding a wedding registry return being 7 days past the deadline even though I JUST received the gifts. I was told “it’s the guests fault for buying the gifts so early.” Which is obviously ridiculous because people buy wedding/shower gifts in advance, and when they are purchased is out of my control as the person getting married. Now I am stuck with duplicate items that got purchased from our registry accidentally and they are claiming “there is nothing they can do about it.”

I would NEVER recommend nor will I ever buy another piece of furniture from Crate and Barrel again. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The frame of our couch randomly broke one day months ago, not from a move, not from some large human jumping on my couch or anything else. 2 and a half years in to owning it the frame just broke. In multiple different attempts to have this reconciled by CB we send pictures and communicate with customer service only getting a complete run around. Days between answering emails, sometimes just not replying to my emails and ultimately being told my couch broke from “abnormal use” and it’s not under warranty anymore because it didn’t break from “everyday use”. All while they have never come out to look at my couch and have completely disregarded anything I have said about what happened. They took the position I was lying and was not being truthful about how one day there was just a break in my couch frame from normal use. What happened to having integrity and pride in your product? What about believing the customer? What about honoring a warranty? The fact that a customer who spent thousands on a couch is now with a broken couch and has to go buy a new couch all within 3 years of buying a “top of the line” “great brand” “amazing quality” couch from a prominent retailer. This is truly one of the most embarrassing forms of customer service and treatment of a customer. As a customer I’ve never been told I’m lying about what happened to my product and that because I’m lying there’s nothing they can do to help remedy my solution.

The parking lot is minuscule and extremely difficult to navigate with the amount of traffic for the area.
