If you’re looking for a fun place to hang out, this arcade is definitely worth visiting! They have a great selection of games, from exciting claw machines to a wide variety of arcade game machines that are unique and fun to play. Whether you’re into skill games, classic cabinets, rhythm games, or just trying your luck at prizes, there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is lively, and you’ll find lots of cool and interesting games that you don’t see everywhere. It’s a great spot to spend time with friends, challenge yourself, and grab awesome prizes from the claw games!

Good concept, bad management. When I first came in September it was great, my family spent a lot of money, but we went home with a lot of prizes (first two pictures), staff was very friendly and were constantly helping people get prizes by rearranging the toys in ways to make it easier if they saw someone struggling. I came back today and it was the complete opposite. All of the toys are squished together to make it more difficult for anyone to win (third picture). If someone pulls a toy out of its spot but doesn’t win it, the employees open the case and stuff it back in between the other toys to prevent anyone from having a higher chance of winning because they were apparently told by management they are not permitted to help anymore. The manager (Pascal) is also incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have a game that states that if you win the bonus, you receive a free slushie (fourth picture). I won three times. When I asked if it is something I could receive a voucher for as opposed to getting all three then (though if they said no that would’ve been fine), he laughed in my face and said it’s one per customer, I can’t have three. I tried to explain that the sign does not state one per customer, and if that is his policy that’s his decision, but it needs to be clearly stated. He argued that it’s extremely easy to win the bonus (it is not. I played over 10 times and only won 3). He then began to berate me and say that it’s the “principle” of the situation, “it goes without saying it’s one per customer”, he won’t give away “$15 worth of slushies to one person” (producing slushies probably costs them less than a dollar. Profiting $15 by selling 3 does not mean you are losing $15 by giving 3 to someone that rightfully won them). After some back and forth with him about how the sign needs to clarify it’s one per customer in the future , he said he’s just going to take it down, there will be no more free slushies, and told me I’ve “ruined it for everyone” because i don’t understand the “principle of the situation”. Eventually after he threw his fit, he gave me two (one for me and one for the person I was with). As a manager, when someone brings a fault to your attention, it is your job to fix it, not argue with paying customers and berate them for your own mistakes. Ottawa needs more cool activities but they should be managed by people that know how to treat customers, not by people that only care for money.

I had such a great time at Crazy Bear Arcade! 🎮🐻 The space is packed with a huge variety of games — from classic arcades to VR and an entire claw machine zone. There’s something for everyone, whether you just want to play casually or dive into the newer high-tech machines. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and the staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time. It’s definitely a spot where you can lose track of time hanging out with friends or family. The claw machines are especially exciting, and even if you don’t win every time, the thrill keeps you coming back. Overall, Crazy Bear is a perfect mix of nostalgia and modern fun — I’ll definitely be returning!

This was our second time visiting Crazy Bears and it was just as great as the first! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. A special shoutout to Robert—he was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and really made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Amazing! Will come again!! Lots of very helpful staff. Our first time there. They explained how we load the card with credits and use them to play arcade games or collect "tickets" for trade. We had a lot of difficulty with the claw machines. We tried 10 times, but didn't even come close. Some people had 2 carts of toys. So, it's possible, but persistence, skill, and patience seems key. Highly recommended! Very clean and family friendly.
