via Google My husband and I had the privilege of working with Chloe Jackson and Jenna Bowen from Creating Joyful Moments to plan and coordinate our June 2025 wedding. I found Chloe through social media, and knew immediately I wanted to work with her. From our first zoom meeting, I could tell how professional and charismatic Chloe was. She immediately put us at ease, and ensured us she would guide us every step of the way through our wedding planning journey. And that she did! From providing advice on overall color schemes, to the wording on our invitations, she truly made the planning process so enjoyable and relaxing. She was there for every vendor meeting, asking the questions we probably would have never thought of. She was always there to answer any questions we had, and was very prompt in all her responses. She ensured that our vision was brought to life in every aspect, and if anything didn’t reflect that she advocated for us until it was exactly what we wanted. I would like to think I am a very type A, super organized person but with wedding planning there are so many little details we would not have thought of if it weren’t for Chloe. Florals were something super important to me from the beginning, and Chloe worked extremely close with our florist to ensure every detail and flower was perfect.
On the day of our wedding, Jenna Bowen was our lead coordinator along with her two other team members. Jenna came in due to unforeseen circumstances, but you would have thought she had been planning with us for the year and a half that we were planning. Her adaptability and professionalism is admirable. Our first meeting with her, she knew every detail down to the silverware placement. We didn’t have to explain anything to her, she knew everything and was ready to lead. She was with us at rehearsal and all day/night of the wedding. She was there and ready to answer any question, and handle any blip that could’ve occurred. Our wedding day ran so smooth, it felt like a movie, it was perfect. She was extremely kind, calming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to lead/execute our wedding.
Our wedding could not have been more perfect, and we have the Creating Joyful Moments team to thank for that. We truly feel so lucky to have had them through our journey and would recommend them to any and all couples looking for a wedding planner/coordinator.

As someone who loves organization and detail, I found wedding planning exciting and fun at first. But as the process went on, it quickly became overwhelming: “How do I find the best vendors?” "What vendor package do I choose?" “Who’s going to coordinate the wedding day?” “Who’s going to cue me to walk down the aisle?” The list was endless!
Then, I found Chloe through Instagram, and it was truly a gift from God. From our very first Zoom meeting, I knew I wanted to work with her and the CJM team. Chloe’s enthusiasm and kindness helped make our journey to the big day so special, offering not only guidance but also encouragement every step of the way. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything went smoothly on our wedding day was unmatched.
This is the team you want by your side on your wedding day. I’ll forever cherish how perfect our wedding day was, all because of Chloe's dedication and expertise in making it possible.🥹 I could go on and on, but here’s the summary: choosing CJM was, without a doubt, one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. After seeing her immaculate coordination and professionalism (not to mention that pristine timeline) at a close family member's wedding, we knew immediately that we needed Chloe and the CJM team for ours.
Chloe was always available to talk through any questions we had or bounce ideas off on. She provided a sense of calm throughout stressful planning moments and made sure that every detail would be taken care of, which it was. The entire wedding day was absolute PERFECTION! It was THE BEST day!
What stands out is how genuine Chloe and her team are. They took the time to truly prioritize us as a couple (& our families) on wedding day, allowing us to take a breath and soak in every moment.

Colleen Sprechervia Google Chloe was fantastic as our day of coordinator! She started meeting with us about 3 months out, but was available for any and all questions from the moment we hired her. Day of, her team was excellent! Everything went so smoothly and it is largely due to her team and the effort she puts into your day of timeline and working with all of the vendors. I cannot say enough about Chloe and her team - but the best part about hiring her is that SHE is awesome! It was important to me that our wedding planner around us day of was full of joy and had a great personality/energy. She was exactly that!!! My only regret with her? That we didn’t choose a bigger package to be able to work with her for even longer. We loved Chloe and she is right choice for your wedding planner needs!
