The guys at Kraft are great. Great processes in place to support our IT needs. We switched our MSP to Kraft about a year ago and have no regrets. We just installed a managed network at our corporate office and that project went very well.

Kraft has been AMAZING for our agency. All the guys (Hunter, Drew, Austin, Basil, Andrew, Kyle, Brian, Garrett) we have had the privilege of working with have gone above and beyond! Hunter works the majority of our tickets and does so quickly, accurately, and efficiently. If there are several outstanding tickets, Hunter will call to discuss where we are and what the next steps are. The entire team does well communicating the progress on each ticket. I would highly recommend Kraft!
