I originally wasn't going to leave a review, but the experience was very rough. 1. I booked for the hybrid gel set but after arriving, the nail tech recommended gel x. I mentioned I didn't really want to do gel x because I didn't want them to pop off as I use my hands a lot, but she insisted that everyone did gel x and it lasted 3-4 weeks. And then before even confirming if that was okay or explaining why other options wouldn't work, she started doing them, and I do acknowledge I should have said something, but it was my first time getting my nails done, so I thought that I would just trust her judgement and that maybe gel x would be fine if the nails stayed on. But they didn't even last 2 weeks before one popped off. 2. Me and my friend booked 2 nail techs but only one was there, so she was rushing a lot and cut three of my cuticles, which bled a little. 3. Another nail tech (not the one we booked) came over to do my nails and I truly wish she would have just said something if she was unable to do them, because I would have been totally okay with that and could have gone for something else. She didn't seem to know how to do an ombre or draw any kind of design. The colors were not blended (I asked if she could try to fix it but she just painted over the entire nail with a silver sparkle instead), and I had to ask her to just remove some of the designs entirely. I ended up with nails that looked nothing like my inspo picture. 4. For my friends set, the tech cured some hair (maybe from a brush?) into her nails and the lines on the french tip were messy. Her cuticles also got cut and were bleeding. Everyone was very friendly, but I'm just really disappointed that I didn't get what I had asked for and that the nails didn't even last 2 weeks.

This nail salon is truly my favorite. I’ve been here many times and I’m definitely not going anywhere else. The nail technician is incredibly skilled — my nails always come out exactly like the reference photo, no guessing or wondering at all. She’s very patient, works super clean, and the owner is kind and friendly. Highly recommend Elle— she never disappoints!

El was so friendly and did an amazing job on my nails! She pays attention to detail and offers to go further to make you happy with the end results as well making sure you’re comfortable!

I had a terrible experience here. I went last weekend for my birthday and asked for gelX plus a tip. The lady who did my nails didn't even know what she was doing. Two other employees kept coming up to her to ask if she needed any help to which she said no. After a week they are already peeling off my natural nail. I left with almost all my cuticles bleeding and in pain. I was extremely disappointed and sad considering these were my birthday nails. I still have brown paint on my skin and my pinky isn't even straight. The lady who was doing my nails then proceeded to tell my friend "it took so long because her nails are terrible". I will never be back and would love a refund!

I love this place! It was my first time here and my tech was Ashley! She was amazing! She was super sweet and attentive to detail, making sure my nails came out perfect! The salon is super relaxing and clean! I cannot wait to come back!
