Apparently 30 day notice to cancel applies even when your leaving because of the lack of service your child receives. I would absolutely understand a 30 day notice under different circumstances but I'm leaving because the service is unacceptable at this location. I was given a sub teacher without notice multiple times who started the session of with " I don't play drums but I'll do my best" leading to my 3 year old just hitting the drums to YouTube videos. Driving 30 minutes on the weekend to watch him watch a YouTube video. Is ridiculous. Do not recommend !

We can’t say enough great things about my son’s teacher! Brandon has been amazing sense my son started and he allows Noah to express himself and not hold back on drumming. He will also allow Noah to have fun with the music and explore new music.

Received a prompt response from the staff shortly after leaving a voice message. The person I spoke to on the phone, Whitney, had very vibrant energy--which made me more excited to pursue this piano learning journey, they answered all my questions, and provided me with all the information I needed. Highly impressed and satisfied with the communication I've received.

We’ve been at creative soul for years and love our top notch instructors, the consistency of them showing up week after week, helping my littles grow so much in their musical abilities and knowledge! The communication and customer service from Casey (owner/founder) & Co. is outstanding and we love the free recitals! We look forward to hanging with Ally and Tanner every week :) Can’t recommend them enough!
