Brought my dog for the 1st time today. He had 2 bumps I wanted looked at. He can be crazy and has major anxiety. Brandy and the entire staff was awesome. Helped me sneak him in with no tantrums 🤣 the doctor was so sweet and the assistants. He did get a muzzle, but we all kept our fingers 😂 price was really reasonable. Will definitely be back.
I can't say enough about this veterinarian. The entire staff. Extremely professional. Compassionate. They work hard. They care. I just can't say enough about this place. They've gone above and beyond for me to help me get my dog USDA paperwork to travel international. The government has been challenging, their relentless effort to get the documentation so I can travel is impressive. Thank you, creature coverage. Thank you, Megan. Thank you, Denise the veterinarians everybody. Amazing team.
Always had a great experience the 2 times I’ve been. And my dog enjoys coming here. Dr. Comeau is his vet and she takes great care of him and makes him comfortable.
Update: really funny the change in tone from accusatory to apologetic. See you in court On 7/3 We brought in a stray kitten. The kitten had noticeable hair loss. asked about possible ringworm and told no. set for an apt for 7/5. 7/5 seen by Dr. Adam and tech MJ asked again about ringworm because her hair was continuing to fall out and again told no by a Vet and the tech. Given revolution and put on wellness plan. follow up scheduled t7/19 but we no longer have the kitten because SURPRISE! She has RINGWORM!! I'm immunocompromised with 2 other animals in my care. I was COVERED in ringworm spots from head to toe, all because I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES and was told the kitten did not have it. Both of my animals also contracted ringworm. The animal foundation caught the fact the kitten had ringworm without even removing her from the carrier. I'm now out hundreds of dollars in over the counter meds, a trip to the emergency room, and prescription and over the counter anti fungal medications for my animals. I wrote a review before and removed it thinking they'd make this situation right, boy was I wrong. In that review response Kailee stated testing was offered but denied. testing was NEVER offered. Why would we sign up for a wellness plan and then deny treatments we were asked about? The revolution we didn't need was 60-70$, the entire visit was more than 100$ and we spent 140$ a month on wellness plans without the kitten. A kitten we intended to keep. I called again on 7/19 and spoke to Megan who said she'd pass the information on to Kailee, the clinic manager who isn't even located in the same time zone.. and I'd gets call. As of 8/4 I never got a call for that. I did however get rude text messages and a call from Dr. Franco saying we can no longer be seen at creature comforts because I threatened legal action. This happening after they took blood and scrape tests to confirm the ringworm and gave my dog and cat meds. They were seen by Dr. Franco. she noted in the visit my dog has a 4 out of 6 heart murmur that has NEVER been mentioned in ANY of the visits or medical reports. We got a call the next day that my dog had high liver volumes. They had more than doubled in a year and had doubled the year before. Again, no one said a word about that. 8/4 Kailee called us to say that the meds we bought for our cat that were not in stock in house would not be refunded but be given as an in house credit. While there might have been some miscommunication with the costs associated with everything, being told we were credited testing instead of the meds because they were more is crazy. I wouldn't be paying a dime! I attempted to call the clinic multiple times and the line was busy to the point I had to go in office and leave a message. I have now learned they have blocked both my phone number and my roommates number as well. The line works perfectly when using a number they do not know. Kailee has also never apologized for never reaching out. Not one GENUINE apology from anyone in that office. Dr. Franco stated in a call that it seemed like no matter what anyone did it was going to "Piss me off ". YOU you'd be pissed too if it was you and your animals. She then told me I should "have some empathy for Kailee and her personal situation and that this was all dumped on her a few days ago and I need to be patient " basically saying I'm unreasonable and I should have more compassion for Kailee and the staff about what happened. The only reason Kailee even reached out was because Dr. Franco told her to. It is not my job as a customer to cater to your personal issues. This wouldn't be happening if your staff did their job right the FIRST TIME. Creature comforts should be reimbursing all costs from this situation without question, not calling and stating that you will give a "In house credit" for it thinking anyone would return after all this. At this point I'll be filing a formal complaint with the veterinary board and likely a small claims lawsuit for my damages. If you value your pet and their wellbeing DO NOT take them here.
I brought my two month old aussie doodle for his first exam and vaccines today. The staff (especially the girls up front) and doctor were very friendly, informative, and helpful. Definitely felt cared for. We enjoyed our visit here and will be back in a few weeks. :)
