Positives - staff I interacted with at pickup and drop off were very friendly and good with dogs. Negatives - communication is a huge problem in my opinion and they are scamming new customers by not verbally making sure they know the most important information - if you pick up Sunday you’re automatically charged for a full day. They want you to read every piece of fine print. If you have a policy that Sundays are handled differently than other days then staff should be told to share that with new customers up front. The part of check in that refers to the Sunday policy was a section I didn’t read or complete because I thought it was a staff section. Instead of telling me I missed a section and to make sure I read and initial, they just reviewed my paperwork and said okay initial here and you’re good to go. I thought I was finalizing the paperwork not signing off on a new section. We paid $400 to board two dogs from 9am Sat to 330 Sun. You could find a reputable pet sitter for 1/3 of the price. Not saying don’t go here just saying to make sure you read all the fine print and ask a lot of questions. I was also extremely disheartened by the way the situation was handled. The GM wasn’t empathetic in the least bit, had a “so sad too bad” mentality because they put the info in writing.

I’ve generally had a positive experience with this doggy daycare, but I was disappointed by how rigid they were in this situation. I had several daycare passes that were about to expire while my mom was unexpectedly hospitalized and I wasn’t going into work. I reached out to ask for a short extension given the circumstances, but they declined. I understand businesses have policies, but some flexibility in situations like this would have gone a long way in maintaining goodwill.

Our dog Hugo was a boarded at Creature Comforts over the Christmas holidays. His stay went very well. Their smooth process of reserving time, checking in and picking up makes it quite easy and free of stress.

I was super nervous to drop my 8 month old kitten for two nights while we got married. She is a rescue and has a really hard time with change. We dropped her off and the staff was super friendly and reassuring. Picked Freya up two days later. We walked in and the staff knew right away who we were there for which was nice. She was super happy to come home but seemed pretty relaxed. I was expecting her to be super stressed out but it seems like she enjoyed her stay and didn't have a big issue with it! I also really appreciated the little "report card" that came with it and how good she was and that she enjoyed singing (which she absolutely does!) Absolutely will be taking her back anytime we go out of town! Feel so much relief knowing she was well cared for and she was still our happy Freya!
