My son found Crimson Kitchen for a cooking experience for us to do together. Best gift ever! We took this class in a beautiful home kitchen, completely setup with ingredients and all the tools for our 4 dish dinner creation. Meghna started our class with a history of Indian cuisine, explanation of spices, and description of ingredients for what we planned to make. She was accommodating to our gluten allergy, which thankfully many Indian dishes naturally accommodate. We prepared as a group with a thorough explanation of the process from start to finish. Every dish was superb! Highly recommend this class and can't wait to do another one with Meghna!

This isn’t your typical “master the recipe” kind of cooking class—it’s something much better. What makes this experience special is that it’s about community, connection, and sharing the love of food. You don’t just learn how to cook Indian dishes in the most simple, approachable way—you laugh, you share stories, and you walk away with more than just recipes.
The host is an absolute gem—funny and welcoming. She has a gift for making everyone feel comfortable, whether you’re a beginner or someone who’s been cooking for years. The class feels like being invited into her home, and the joy she brings to food and people is infectious.
If you really want to earn extra brownie points, bring along a good bottle of wine—she’ll love you for it. 🍷
Highly recommend this class if you’re looking for something that goes beyond cooking—an experience that builds community, laughter, and memories around the table.
