I started using Critter Sitters in February 2024. I have really enjoyed the pet service. Scott has been friendly, accommodating and very responsible with my pets. I have an elderly dog who does not board well and is nervous around other dogs, so I wanted a home pet sitting service. I travel a lot and being able to leave my pets at home where they are more comfortable is such a piece of mind. I recently had to leave my precious pup in Lincoln for almost 5 months while on an extended trip. During that time CritterSitters (Scott) and CritterClippers (Cassie) did a wonderful job taking care of her, with several walks each week and grooming every month or so. Scott and Cassie were gentle, caring and patient with little Sophie. They were also reliably on time/schedule and I could count on them to be there as planned. Always professional, reliable service - my pup couldn't have been happier and my mind was at ease knowing Scott and Cassie were on the job!

I've used Critter Sitters now probably >5 times for all of my fur babies. I currently have 2 dogs and 4 cats. They've always done a great job, are professional and easy to communicate with. We were recently in FL and flight got cancelled due to hurricane Ian. I messaged Scott and he was able to continue service several more days until I could get back. Knowing my animals were being well cared for was a huge relief during an already stressful time. I highly recommend.
