Kathryn and the entire Crème Brands team were phenomenal in helping me convey my visual brand to my vendor partners and to potential clients. Kathryn was patient and responsive, very clear in her processes, and so joyful every time we had a touch point with one another. She took the time to get it right with me, and my brand is so beautiful and feels like home to me because of the work she did to get to know me. I didn’t have a bad website before. Not in the slightest! But I never felt like my website was home, you know? It didn’t accurately represent the work I love doing and just wasn’t. quite. Right. But this? This is exciting. This is full of life. This doesn’t feel like it’s trying to be anyone else because it’s just being me: passion for flowers and good design, love for colour, and beautiful organization. Launching an updated brand and new website shortly before the Covid-19 pandemic is a little strange. The things I was excited about are changing very quickly as weddings are postponed and my calendar empties. Despite this, I still feel confident. I know that because of these new tools from Creme Brands, I am well-positioned to attract high end clients, whose future wedding budgets aren't in danger of decreasing as much. I feel so much more at home in my website, and my brand as a whole feels complete and well-designed - exactly how I want my wedding designs to feel. I liked my old websites and the logo that I started with, but I knew that I had reached the end of what I could do on my own. I am so relieved that I didn't need to figure out what fonts or colours would work, and that I could just trust Kathryn to do her thing. I'm really proud of my new website - it looks custom, detailed, the design elements are layered together in a beautiful and streamlined way, and it doesn't look like ANY other website out there. This is just how I want my weddings to be designed! I also feel more professional. One of the collateral pieces I requested was editable templates for my Instagram stories, and I feel SO much more professional when I'm posting now. The work that I do now is a well-branded and cohesive campaign rather than haphazard best guesses and attempts. Thank you Kathryn and Rebecca of Creme Brands, for taking my scattered thoughts and too-wordy content and making this into something amazing. You are a true talent and it was such a pleasure to work with you! Thank you thank you!

Branding has always been important to us and our business. We strive for being memorable in a saturated industry of amazing talent while getting our personalities out there with potential clients. Having a great brand is a huge step in the process. Simply put, Kathryn was able to deliver a great new brand for us that allows us to be both memorable and personable. We felt an instant connection with her after speaking with her for a few minutes. Her process was fun and really helped us to think about our business and how we wanted to present ourselves. We have spent ten years building our photography business and decided we needed a brand that matches the hard work, love, and dedication we put into our work. Our old brand was a reflection of who we were; the way we used to photograph weddings, how we related to our clients, even our marriage at its fledgling state at that time. We needed a new brand and website that reflected our approach to photography, our heart for our clients, and our more deeply-rooted marriage.
