Went here with 11 people for birthday adventure. The experience was amazing because of the unexpected beautiful scenery on the trail and family fellowship. It’s a natural, Lovely trail! Now for the negatives -the 2 tour guides were not interactive, neither were they very friendly. They lacked interpersonal communication skills. In fact one didn’t speak English at all and the other stayed on his cell phone. I’ve ridden ATVs all over the world, these are not properly maintained. The alignment and suspension are all jacked! 2 people had check engine lights on the entire time, and 2 people’s units stalled. This caused half of the group to get separated a couple times because people in the back pulled over to assist. The other tour guide had the nerve to lecture us about keeping up! Again, the time with family made it worth it. They tell you, you can’t do this or that, no water ,no big mud holes, no big hills etc.- it’s an ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE that should be capable of water in limited time! I’ve been in lakes in Bali on atvs with no problem. A person in our party flipped due to the unconsolidated sand that carried the atv. The unit was deemed safe and undamaged to continue the entire excursion. Upon returning, they spoke Spanish amongst themselves and tried to charge us $500! Meanwhile the same atv was immediately put back in rotation for the next group behind us:). Ultimately, I gave them $100. There are other ATV rentals onsite with 4k -5 star reviews. I chose to help the little guy. The petty money grabs, lack of friendly engagement, and grimy hustle alone could have ruined the experience but, we enjoyed our birthday fellowship anyway. Instead of 11 five star reviews, and a generous tip for being kind, they wanted $500 but accepted $100…. Cheers-

We got a good balance of free play time and trail riding following the tour guide. Easy to book and nice people. Will definitely be back!

Book them. They were awesome. They prices are very reasonable and we had extra time. I really liked them . The tour guide was great as well. We will be renting with them again. My family enjoyed themselves. Crosby atv rentals was great.

BOOK IT! Had an amazing time and our tour guide was awesome! (G) He handled our concerns with care and paid full attention to our needs and made sure we had tons of fun! We felt very welcomed and appreciate even with the service from the girl checking us in! Great job Crosby ATV RENTAL 10/10 🔥
