This was my first time selling at the location and my intent was to sell and get the cash BUT the product quality, mix and price was more than i expected. I took the store credit and add this store to my top 5 resale locations in Houston. The Staff are professional, curious and fast processing. 5/11/26

Offered $8 for a $150 pair of brand new recently bought shoes from a brand named Trotters with the receipt and original box and not worn. Not a luxury brand but not a target brand either. That being said, decided to keep my shoes. To be offered $8 for a new pair of shoes in the box with a receipt untouched is just really intriguing. I’d rather just be turned away than offered $8 for a brand new pair of shoes. Everything aside in what world would that not throw someone off?

I love Crossroads. I moved here from Seattle and loved the one there! This Rice Village location has great selections though and such a friendly and stylish team. Love to see it! Adrian and Julian have become familiar faces. I’m always welcomed and met with kindness. I’ll always recommend Crossroads!

Extraordinarily inconsistent & largely overpriced.
