José is a great guy, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Nana altered the pants legs on my new tuxedo, to a sleek and slim modern fit, really great job! And, Nana made the pants hem a little shorter in the front, so that there's no break, and a little lower in the back to cover the ankle. Excellent eye for details. I'm going to do business with José and Nana from now on - terrific people. Thanks!

I had a broken zipper and button on a vintage 70s suit. The suit was old and important to me so I was a little nervous, but I was astounded at the results. They returned it back to me with a new zipper that fit BETTER than the original!! A great color match and the new zipper made the closure seamless. The button was perfect, they even managed to repair the fabric that the old button had shredded while ripping off. The cleaning of my suit was also top notch! The staff is very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend enough.

I feel so lucky to have discovered this company. The quality of their work is exceptional viz., literally seamless. I guess they are using top notch sewing, washing and drying equipment. It’s indeed able to compete globally in terms of the magic in their work output. Needless to say, the personnel have high people skills and they are so competent in their field for work; Very patient and professional. Moreover, I’m so grateful that I was able to personally speak with the family that owns this and lo, they are so amazing. I wish everyone here more loyal clients. I had a huge ask - a last minute hem on my wedding shirt. Not only did the final product look amazing but they were able to get it done SO quickly!! It saved me so much stress as a bride close to my wedding to know they were reliable, quick, and considerate. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Crown Cleaners & Alterations! They are my go to for alterations. I've taken in a wide variety of clothes for tailoring - dresses, blouses, pants, coats, blazers - and everything is done beautifully. Recently, they shortened the sleeves of a varsity jacket significantly for me. Even with the jacket having thick leather sleeves with a quilted lining, they did a fabulous job.
