Unsafe driver! This party bus didn’t care that the carpool lane had two double solid white lines that you can not legally cross and he illegally crossed over cutting us off dangerously. If you don’t know how to drive a large vehicle and be able to see a car already in the lane then don’t try to drive a vehicle that holds so many people. This driver needs basic driver education course because he should not be crossing into the carpool lanes as he pleases when it’s not open.

We used Crown Limousine for my daughter’s wedding. We had a few pick up and drop off points. Crown was great - Easy booking. Friendly customer service. Driver on time to all of our pick up and drop off points. Driver reached out to us to let us know of his arrival times. Driver was super friendly and responsible. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Crown!

I booked a Cadillac suv for my son’s prom through crown limo. Befitting of a classy kinda dude (forgive my bias). Driver arrived promptly and communicated with me every step til the end. He allowed us extra time to get last minute pics and to pose with the car. Could tell he was used to this and made my son and I comfortable with a genuine concern for his safety and experience for his special night. Crown Limo is definitely where I’d go for for special occasions. Thanks for everything.

We selected Crown Limousine to chauffer our son and his date to his senior prom. Our experience was fantastic! From booking the reservation to the day of the event flowed seamlessly. We chose the 2023 Cadillac Escalade, and it arrived in IMMACULATE condition! Crown Limousine did a great job communicating, and the invoice had no hidden fees. They did a fine job of being upfront on all costs. Our chauffeur, Marcus, was professional, patient, accommodating and caring! I appreciated that Marcus accommodated the kids' requests and made them comfortable. He made my husband, and I feel comfortable and at ease when he texted us to inform us that the kids safely made it to the prom. Who does that? Marcus DID!!! That type of service is PRICELESS! This was our first time using Crown Limousine, and it will not be our last! THANK YOU, CROWN LIMOUSINE, for exceeding the call for excellent service!

I rented a stretch limo for a birthday celebration. The service was exemplary. They were responsive in planning, arrived early, and the limo was immaculate and had glassware, ice, cups, etc. David, our driver, was beyond wonderful. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable with directions, and drove safely. I wouldn't hesitate to use Crown again!
