Deborah is such a good travel agent. I have used her for planning a couple of cruises. She is very knowledgeable about the ships, the excursions, the logistics, etc. I am the kind of person who asks a lot of questions. She is very patient with my questions, and she is responsive to emails. She got me a good deal on my last cruise with a lot of perks and amenities. I wouldn't have gotten those if I had booked them with the cruise line. I highly recommend her as agent. Not only is it the same price as booking directly but you often get extras you won't get by booking with the cruise line. Plus, if something goes wrong she can be your advocate and give you advice.

I have always planned our vacations, but received a referral to Deborah Cross from a friend of mine. Deborah was a pleasure to work with. She provided us with information regarding various cruises, was knowledgeable about the cruises, and could also provide additional help with flights, hotels and transfers if needed. We will definitely use her for our next vacation!!! She was great!

Deborah has been wonderful to work with! I've booked two cruises with her and both times she's done a fantastic job. She is very detailed, communicates well and always responds to any questions in a timely manner. Deborah is a true professional! Extremely knowledgeable about all types of travel services. We've booked two different family cruises (each with multiple cabins) through Deborah and her company.
